 
GOOD YEAR FOR AIRPORTS GALICIA
Vigo, 12/01/2016 The Galician airports grew in passenger numbers during 2015, in which more than four million people made use of the three Galician terminals, 7.5 percent more than the previous year. According to statistics published today by Aena during 2015 they went through the Community airports 4,035,499 people, up 7.5 percent from the 3,753,743 passengers recorded throughout 2014. These positive data better than those recorded in 2014, when the passenger terminals Galicia rose 4.5 percent after years of decline. For airports, Santiago was the one that registered the highest increase, 10.2 percent, and amounted to 2,296,248 passengers. Also, A Coruna exceeded for the first time since 2011 one million passengers and grew by 3.7 percent. Vigo, with 4.9 percent, welcomed 713,563 people.

VIGO, CITY TECHNOLOGY
Vigo, 08/01/2016 ntersectoral Technology Alliance Galicia (ATIGA), composed of technology centers ANFACO-CECOPESCA, CTAG, AIMEN, ENERGYLAB, ITG and GRADIANT, met with the mayor of Vigo, Abel Caballero, in order to ask you a series of measures support for R & D + i and the work of the technology centers as key players in the industrial development of Vigo and its metropolitan area. Thus, Juan Manuel Vieites, ATIGA president, and representatives of six technology centers have proposed converting the Mayor of Vigo Vigo and its metropolitan area a Reference SMARTCITY nationwide hiring R & D services and technology developed by the technology centers of Galicia to generate innovative, smart, modern and sustainable solutions for improving public services and quality of life of citizens, Vigo making an experimental center.

ADVANCES TO THE HIGHWAY VIGO-CANGAS
Vigo, 28/12/2015 The Official Journal of Galicia (DOG) is today publishing the announcement by the expropriation process for the implementation of the second tranche of the highway which will communicate Morrazo Cangas Vigo in less than 25 minutes starts. The resolution said the date for lifting the corresponding goods and rights affected by the planned route of the conversion work on the corridor Morrazo motorway in the stretch two acts.

The port of Vigo PREPARES ITS FUTURE
